Hot, Sec filings have NOT been filed since 7/06, they have posted Financial Statements on Pinksheets(trying to hide them) but all other filings have been suspended by the 15-12g filing they filed. Here are 2 links to SEC filings and SEC Forms.. i figured the Regdex paperwork probably was in the process of being filed before the 15-12g filing..
