I personally think he is smarter than that because since he has that much money he can wait for a huge carrier name to come out to sell.IMO Why sell for peanuts when he can sell for bucks.IMHO But what do I know.

Level II is holding even, with no indication of "quietly" selling. Vol. only 12,000,000 so far. 2HR indicated he is clearly buying at this time.
