gkt, found ya and RPTN. Indian form ZROS board. Seems like Raptor has been in play for awhile with the TS crowd. I thought it was a new rec. Never the less I took a position today and am holding a very tight mental stop loss. Just listened to the CEO interview, he stated nothing about government contracts or working with govt.
