Anyone know when the Solos divi restriction is up?

I'm still thinking about the 21 Aug P.R where they aquired approx 8.3 million shares of TSSP and building shareholder value. I would really like to have a couple hundred thousand shares of that. If I'm not making any sense sorry I have just opened a bottle of Cognac, couple of hours ago. Still think we are O.K. though.
