Optima Health CEO on Congate acquisition and growth strategy

Optima Health PLC chief executive Jonathan Thomas talked with Proactive's Stephen Gunnion about the company's acquisition of Ireland-based Cognate Health. This deal marks Optima Health’s first foray outside the UK and is aligned with its strategy to supplement organic growth through mergers and acquisitions. HIVE Digital Technologies begins mining at new 200MW Paraguay facility, mines 108 BTC in March

Hive Digital Technologies Executive Chairman Frank Holmes joined Steve Darling from Proactive to share a major operational milestone and the company’s March 2025 production results. HIVE has officially begun mining operations at its new 200-megawatt hydro-powered facility in Yguazú, Paraguay. Phase 1 of the site is now energized and operating at an initial production rate of 100 Petahash. The site is expected to scale steadily in the coming months with additional mining capacity set to be deployed in phases. Holmes also announced that HIVE mined 108 Bitcoin during the month of March, increasing the company’s HODL balance to 2,201 BTC, valued at approximately $180 million based on a Bitcoin price of $82,000 as of March 31, 2025. The company saw an average hashrate of 6.3 Exahash per second, fleet efficiency of 20.7 joules per terahash, peak BTC-only hashrate of 6.2 EH/s and BTC-equivalent hashrate of 6.4 EH/s. The launch of operations in Paraguay reflects HIVE’s continued commitment to expanding its global footprint using green energy solutions. Pantheon Resources provides update on MEGREZ-1 flow testing results

Pantheon Resources Chairman David Hobbs and CEO Max Easley joined Steve Darling from Proactive to share preliminary flow test results from the Megrez-1 well in Alaska. The well is part of a six-interval testing program, and the first interval tested, the Topset 1 (TS1) reservoir, was fracture stimulated across 290 feet between 7,165 and 7,453 feet measured depth (MD). The well produced sustained strong liquid rates for 12 days, exceeding 1,000 barrels per day by the end of the flow-back period. However, no appreciable hydrocarbons were recovered during this initial test. Despite this, Easley noted the data reveals the TS1 reservoir is oil bearing but likely located within a transition zone that contains limited to no mobile oil or gas. Importantly, the technical data gathered from this interval has boosted the company's confidence in the five remaining, shallower intervals still to be tested. These higher zones are believed to hold greater potential for mobile hydrocarbons and increased productivity. TS1 will now be abandoned, and preparations are underway to begin testing the Lower Prince Creek interval. High-pressure pumping equipment is currently being mobilized to the Megrez pad. Ilika CEO Graeme Purdy on new scale-up milestone for Goliath battery

Ilika PLC CEO Graeme Purdy talked with Proactive's Stephen Gunnion about the company’s latest progress in scaling up its Goliath solid-state battery technology. Looking ahead, Ilika plans to release its P1.5 prototypes—10Ah cells—later this summer.
