I saw a show on PBS about floodiing in Texas by rivers and the feds just kkep paying idiots to rebuild on the same rivers that flood!!!!!!! HELLO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Once you are flooding the state government pays you whatever the county says it's worth ONE time and you go down the road to some place else. Are people in Texas really that freaking dumb?
