that number staying at 902 is possible during that time period. i think it's more likely there have been changes to shareholders of record in february and the TA may not have updated it yet.

the board will come alive by this evening, imo, once the word gets out. this is pretty exciting to see them current on all filings. i'm thinking it's almost a slam dunk for news next week, given the recent flurry of activity after all this time... :)
