Spec...this all looks fresh to me. Last time I clicked on financials...it said:

"There are no active financial reports available for this company."

So...we have some brand new stuff here...Alright!

kip owns 15M shares, converted from class C prefds, and that's 55.2% of the o/s, BUT, he must file when selling them..!

so this means not only is he very vested in the success of the new company, imo, but we are also protected from some surprises should he decide to cash any out.

new rule is u have to file all the financials within 4 days of reverse merger
