I'm still just hoping J.P. mis-stated the relationship with the U.S. govt. thru a 3rd party.
I can't imagine there is a contract directly with the U.S. govt. and the SEC was unable to confirm that. That's too simple to do and even the SEC could manage that.(I don't have nearly the respect and awe many of these bashers seem to have for that organization.LOL)
On the other hand, I can't imagine that J.P. has been blatantly PR'ing this purchase order with the U.S. govt, (and additional purchases too!), over and over without there being sales going on thru a 3rd party.

So... since I can't imagine CKYS having a direct contract w/the U.S. Govt but yet unable to easily prove it and it being still unfound by the SEC and also... I can't imagine overt, public and provable evidence of deceit and criminal behavior being voluntarily and repeatedly issued by Jim Plant, I can only come to the conclusion,IMO, that CKYS will be okay since the transactions must be channeled thru a 3rd party.

And, IMO, if I'm wrong, then the outcome will be deceit by CKYS and not a direct contract with Homeland Security et. al.
