I sure don't know much about charts but it sure does look like it's ready to go. Reminds me of another Mark Smith shell. Ran to 3 cents in a hurry. I tried to catch it but every time I tried it upticked.( PLSO ) Never got any of it so this one I got in early. This will do the same on any given day IMO. I'm in now and feel very comfortable. How about you? Thanks for the chart.
