Aren't you surprised the company puts in a new CEO and you only know about it because someone happened to see his name on the company profile page of OTC Markets?

Meanwhile, there's no update on the news Kate announced, nor have any financials been submitted. Not the ones that are late, nor the one that's due today. No Late Notice posted, either.
