NHred, and why would you pay a $1 for something that is trading for $.014 now, and further more, you would think they would expect those $1 shares to be worth more than a $1. We're not the only ones looking for "Baggers". IMO.

the $1.00 per share buyback is a red herring made to look like GGI is a financing partner.
All the while ... GGI is diluting.
