IMO, Offor will consolidate at some point. Not this year, but after he has some rights proven. He has too many irons in the fire and they are all just tools to get at oil and gas . He has this long term plan and later I don't think ERHC matters. I still say we get buyin to free up some cash for Offor's bigger picture, then down the road he consolidates. he isn't trying to screw anyone. there are simply too many larger shareholders watching over him along with many others. Not in the stars, but I think that some that think he doesn't want to become a major player in oil and gas are wrong. He also has powerful partners to help him, that's the way you play in Nigeria.
