However It would be interesting, and more reliable if you took it for three months or so, took a reading, off for three months, another reading, etc. By taking readings throughout treatment, you do not have two testing periods anymore, you have trends. Interesting treatment however. I try and get mine from a good red wine. You can probably figure out a monte carlo simulation for your numbers as well if you can test resveratrol levels in your system to coincide with your bp data
