it doesn't take a whole lot of lightening up to produce this kind of dive when the market is in turmoil. there were more sellers than buyers. once the herd starts stampeding, it tanks fast. once it broke dowm past the previous low yesterday, the writing was on the wall.
remember, this went up fast, pulled back, and went up fast again but not as far. then slowly drifted down.
what goes up fast can come down fast. that's the nature of speculative stocks when they are in the hands of speculative traders and amatures.
we saw fear yesterday and today, not fear of missing out on big profits like we saw on the way up, nut fear of big losses.
now we are back testing to top of the previous trading range that we just broke out of. we'll see what happens in the next few days, whether we return for a while in this nasty market, or we stay in the new range.
