Good point but how many times has a company shocked their share holders with a R/S when it comes to the Pinkies.
I really think it was not ment to be found and someone was told by an insider to use it to bash this stock. You say R/S and most investors run. I think it s a good thing we know what could happen.

SEIH which is now SIVC did the same thing with the dates screwed up. Within 1 week they did their R/S. I believe last month.
