So reading between the lines: Keith is willing to spend tens of thousands on your services and risk potential counter suits for defimation and/or reimbursment of FGFC's attorney's fees to just break even on his shares? (Unless of course you are doing this all for free.) He has to hope that there will be a punitive damages award. Who fronts for him losing the case. (should that happen?)
