What's your point? - JK clearly intends to dilute.

You lie first off the fillings said up to 2.5 billion

I'm the ONLY ONE pointing out that the filing exists - it's NOT EXPIRED - and it clearly states JK hopes to place 2.5 BILLION shares.

The "other direction" JK went was going dark and delinquent on a years-worth of filings - no shares can be issued and no shares can be converted when dark - which is EXACTLY WHY JK brought $VXIT back to pink-current - so he can issue & convert.

The biggest things I look at is I still own over 100 million shares!

Nobody cares what retail owns how many shares - if that's "the biggest thing" you look at for DD then you're confused on what matters.

Maybe stop arguing w/ those who post facts, and just go back to pumping ".05 before end of year!!"
