I don’t believe they can buy shares in the middle of possibly getting contracts and negotiations with other companies that would be considered insider information.

Where did i say that?????

I said they cannot buy if any major action by the company takes place including MAJOR CONTRACTS. Again VXIT does not any!.

If anything major happens at the date or near time of puchase the SEC will inquire about it to the CEO and take action if necessary."
