I get that they're non-filers, but do you really think they’re committing fraud and risking jail time? Seems like a huge risk to take, doesn’t it? I always like to give someone the benefit of the doubt. Plus, wouldn’t that implicate all the CEOs of the subsidiaries too? It’s a lot to consider.
