"Does maintaining as equity position in the company mean that he will also be remunerated with shares in the company?" i think we will soon find out. probably means he received shares (restricted or otherwise) and some cash for his share of his company, which it seems CHNW is still trying to finalize the purchase of (perhaps), and for his services etc.... i think these shares may already have been issued as part of the current Cash Now shares structure. i'll dig a little deeper into this. was anything mentioned about this in their recent SEC filings? since, CHNW is a very investor friendly and transparent co. i believe they will clear these questions up for us and i suspect we will benefit from the results.
