Virgil, I am perfectly happy to admit to a mistake as soon as you show me one, but please don't ask me to apologize for your inability to read English and compare it to actual events.

'Will' is used in the context of a 'future' event, the initiative to 'sell' the M2GEN project to the State of Florida. When the quote was made the initiative had not yet happened and so 'Will' was both an appropriate usage for Gomez and appropriate for my use when referencing his quote.

'Was' is used in the context of a 'past' event, once the initiative had successfully culminated in a positive vote, it became a 'past' event. "DNAG 'was' involved with Moffitt in the campaign."

So when speaking of an event, if the event has yet to happen, 'will' is appropriate. On the other hand, after the event, 'was' is indicated. Perhaps it is difficult for you to get your head around a post that includes information from both before and after an event in that same post, but that is your issue, don't you think?

In your haste to complete your knee jerk responses to my posts you invariably skip over the context of the post you are reacting to, and focus on the perceived 'mistake'. Invariably you miss the point and make a fool of yourself.

Now I am sure that in the interest of fairness, when you thought I had made a mistake you sought an admission of that mistake. Now that the tables have turned and it is your mistake that has emerged, what can we expect of you?

regards,
