I thought to be an accelerated filer you had to have a certain market cap, don`t think TKO fits that criteria anymore this year with the stock price.

I put that in my search engine because it was curious to me also, and what came up was something regarding Gigabeam. One was contact Joe Noel regarding the President of MST Frank Matrazzo. When I clicked on the first for the news, it would not take me to the latest news but then I went to Gigabeam.com and I read the latest news and the last news article was posted January 17.

Sirius I didn't want to reply too soon but Frank is gone. Don't know if he had a falling out with Ron or didn't like the way things were being run. The question is what about all of his shares?? That could lead to alot more further dillution!!!
