It is my opinion that after the acquisition is completed, Chucky will execute reverse stock split.

If the stock falls below a dollar per share, a reverse stock split will be unavoidable. And we are pretty much here! Even if the stock remains around a dollar, it will still be classified as a penny stock on NASDAQ. To attract institutional investors, Chucky will need to increase the stock’s valuation to above $10 per share. This will require a reverse stock split. Additionally, remind you that Chucky has previously switched the ratio from 100-to-1 to 200-to-1 to disadvantage shareholders and he will do so again, to wipe out Progressive Care shareholders. I’m sure of it!
