CEO's mistake was not getting FDA what they've been asking for for years in the pre-sub program and jumping the gun on IDE submission. So now he's back in pre-sub that he never should have left until FDA green lighted the IDE submission. The guy once again proves he's a clueless utter incompetent dealing with FDA.
