Remember when Tilton brought JAKE P. NOCH on board to run the company? If you do, you would be well advised to check out what Jake the snake on the SONG board has been up to, in order to understand that Tilton can only find folks with a shady past.

Now the latest CEO choice has a history ripping investors off.
