The judgement was not against China food and beverage, it was against NSAV. The only reference to CHIF was because of PAST litigation that was never resolved. Divinci's post is intentionally misleading, as is all their stuff on the alley and discord. I wouldnt listen to a thing they say if they arent willing to put it in a press release. A press release costs less than 10K dollars, for a company with "204m" ready to go, they should be able to put out great press releases on the regular....but they dont.

I wasn't on the call, you can't have an unknown make comment about a company from the outside. NSAV should PR something they are not.
