I disagree. The bottom line is, Tilton is willing to have all the judgements become final and to pay whatever they are. That is great for the stock. In the beginning of the call, I thought "what a shit show". I also wondered if all the revenues were real. They were talking about NSAV being fraudulent etc. etc. But, the judge separated the issues into two. 1. Issues that Tilton did which were illegal regarding the company, which she had no authority to rule on. and 2. Ruling on the judgements against NSAV the company by various creditors, including Vik Grover. She has authority over those and wants to finalize them ASAP. Tilton has no issues with that and said they have provided the court with everything. That said, she wants more and gave him until next Friday to produce. He and his lawyer had no problem with that. I believe they have no problem because the company has tons of revenues and can pay. In the beginning of the call, I was seriously considering hitting the sell button before everyone found out about this. By the end, I was confident that the problems are being resolved and the company is on track. I do not know about Tilton's liability and exposure to criminal prosecution. I suspect that settling all the judgements will go a long way to preventing that. Additionally, NSAV is or has cleaned up any issues with Tilton. Whatever, that is his problem. So, In a few weeks all the money will be paid out to whoever has a judgement and that will be that. Then will come DTC certification. They gave two dates for disclosure of financials. Aug. 15 and Aug. 19. I do not know which one it will be. In any case, that should reveal all, and I think it will reveal that NSAV has mega revenues. The creditors wondered WTF was going on with them? Was he scamming again or what? How could the company go from zero to $204 million? Didn't make sense to them. In the podcasts Kevin Simon, our former CEO, had no qualms about the truthfulness of that. Since then, there have been other mentions of where the money is coming from, what is our biggest revenue driver, etc. So that is all good. Bottom line. It is all getting done, but it is messy.
