You obviously don't know that MMs don't pay transaction fees they receive them and they buy for free on their platforms, its 38 dollars a shot and they have done it 200 times today so they have accumulated 2 million shares on the low low. Its Fucking genius that they figured out if they set their buys at 7 seconds they can get an endless supply at that price.
