I'm not sure how you see anything I have posted as defending Brian or anyone else here, but if you'd like to discuss please post them.
My point was that for any regulator to take any action, the bar is set higher than just message board posts. Much higher.
Perhaps everyone in here is correct about everything. Even if that were 100% true, there would still need to be evidence of fraud or some law being broken for any regulatory body to even pay attention.
Maybe there is, and maybe there isn't, but if it true that this has been going on for years....and folks here have all the evidence they need to right this wrong...then why are we still here talking about it?
