Yes, and that helped me to see that it's happening over and over, to the tune of I told yall there would never be any infringement trials. And the sure thing element you mention has been repeated so many times from and about this company that it's become a washed out phrase that no longer means anything, similar to the boy who cried wolf syndrome. I also remember that there was a poster who stated that he spoke to Richy Rich with regard to that that last Amazon deal and was told there was indeed a settlement that would be pleasing to shareholders. Of course I never was able to find any evidence of such an occurrence. I posted that there would have to be 1 or the other sec filings to be quickly filed and available to view, but that did not appear to happen. However, in my searching for the settlement amount, this could be a mistake or a false memory but I remember either finding or reading another posters finding, on a 10q, that the amount was $40K and I believe I posted that at the time. That might be wrong. I wish someone could corraborate or dismiss.
