we may be turning the corner here and the next 6 quarters could finally begin to fill in some of that excess capacity gap.
That's a very large corner lol. A year and a half until we finally begin to fill some of the capacity? That is pure incompetency!
The new capacity should have been 60-70% committed to before they even started the expansion and this new business should have started a year ago.

Build it and they will come never works!!! You never expand unless you have a customer to bring in upon completion. Basic Business 101

This commercial team has to start selling $80-100 million in new business every quarter or we get taken out at a low price.
