ROFLMAO!

I am one of the few that have actually looked at this with big boy pants on. and have always looked at this investment totally objectively.

When are you going to put on your big pants and point your finger in the right direction, enough with looking the other way.
Why didn’t the company file the sec filings within the required timeline.
The company lays low on communication
They did a reverse stock split with dark communication

A big boy's view

Point 1
Build it investors will come, stock will rise
Don't build it investors will leave and ignore stock, stock price will fall

Point 2
In order for the company to build it they need funding.
The only thing of value to a foreign funder the company has to offer as collateral is their ticker.
In order to offer their ticker as collateral the ticker had to be cleaned up.
With a 4000 to 1 RS and going dark it appears the cleaning of the ticker is well in progress.

Point 3
Failure is just failure not some wide idea of being scammed.
CEO has a history of coming up with solid ideas and implementing them, but for what ever reason, whether it be the lack of his own ability, real world events (COVID,Mexican anti foreign investment polices, RI New high heat law or the rapid rise in interest rates), he has yet been able to deliver.
Looking at the next chapter of this company based on the makeup of the "SNPW TEAM" Campanella will not be going forward alone on his next project.
Wanting to build a US Solar Panel and Battery Manufacturing Facility with the Help of experience partners in the business Sun Group and FoxEss,
As pointed out SNPW has not generate any revenue for either in all the time the agreements have been in place, yet those agreements remain in place. with one partner actually expanding theirs.

Big Boys put their money where their mouth is while the diaper wearers just sit back cry foul, toss stones and hide or spend years criticizing never investing a dime.

Big Boys also KNOW that small companies which have to rely on others for their funding are not always in control of their own destiny and are at the mercy of those that control the funding.
