He's burned multiple people on his other stocks already. INKW, APSI, TLIF and this one too. Sets them up with a "business" then creates a Reg A to dump shares into the float with meaningless headlines. He's had chances, and he keeps doing the same thing. It's a self enrichment scheme for him to retire on.
