I'm not sure either Cool, but if I was guessing it could be that ZN is "attempting" to conserve money at this time.
Why lease a 20x30 Storage when you can get by with a 10x20.
Maybe ZN found enough Shale Oil in this spot and sees no further need into exploring others.
We have 200 questions that ZN will not answer, so we plod on.
