It will drop on dilution back to .0001 yet again. All they do is sell shares to get rich off suckers. They could never sell enough product to ever justify the billions of shares sold and now doing it again. Buying this makes management rich and a loser for shareholders. How many times do they have to rinse and repeat to get that?
