"Here's what you say to Kings... "Hey, thanks guys. but we aren't making silk so that it can sit in your warehouses while your lazy asses try to sell it. you can still have the ASEAN exclusive for now, but we've got to cut a deal with someone who actually has a vision."

that's it. that's all we have to say to them. Wait...not just that... we also have to tell them to shove that six rating up their lazy asses."

Hi Money For Nothing,
I am also frustrated with Kings, but as usual don't have the details of progress in the clothing line from Kings and KBLB. I just don't know the details. I do know Jon was quoted as saying we weren't pressing for the first money to be paid down because of our delays. Now that is what I was told.
I have questions about when we will hear from Kings, and how much silk has been delivered to them. From there I can see the need to produce or make changes now if necessary.
I think it's fair to say we are all ready to see some market news from Kings. Maybe their hands are tied. Maybe not. I will say what I heard they reported last time was juvenile and in my and I wasn't impressed.
I'm not trying to be negative but I'm looking at this on a pure business like statement is needed and now. Silence ain't getting it. BTW, I tried to send you a PM yesterday and could not.

Money4Nothing: “there's a long list of A-listers that want spider silk yesterday. We know with 100% certainty that they want the product and are willing to do the marketing necessary to move it. How do we know? because they've done it already and their partners could not (and still can't) produce. They would deal with KBLB.”

So certain are you.

Money4Nothing: “Can we cut a deal with them? well, unfortunately we are stuck with a partner that doesn't give two shits about ramping up. We have a turd in the hand, not a bird.”

Kings contracted for a specific dollar value of silk each year for four years. If KBLB can produce more silk than Kings contracted to buy, KBLB is free to sell it to anyone they choose to. KBLB could cut a deal with lots of different companies. We know for certain that Kings does not have a worldwide and exclusive license for all applications of KBLB’s silks. Their rights are far more narrow than that.

Money4Nothing: “I guarantee you, a company like UA would sign a deal tomorrow if Kim promised to punt Kings and have all VN production allocated just for them. They'd do their part to get the word out, have a marketing plan by Monday, and be screaming about it to the world by August.”

If a company like UA wanted silk so badly, they would first agree to a joint venture with KBLB, give them a lot of money to quickly ramp up production, and sign an exclusive arrangement for almost the entire world for a particular product line. Kings only has an exclusive on the ASEAN region. I don’t think that even covers all uses of GMO silks.

I guarantee you have no idea what you are talking about.
