So let's think about this. A company that "claims" to have patents that are worth "billions and billions ongoing" is purchased for only $40B? This would only prove that the patents are really worth as claimed then huh? The claims would mean that the company would be worth far, far more than this and one that would be in the Microsoft/Google category.
