There wasn't any merger candidate - that was more Sharp pumping nonsense.
The GVSI shell is a disaster - the mid-2025 nonsense was meant to keep shareholders hanging on - the GVSI will never be used in a reverse merger. There are too many problems with the shell - first FINRA isn't going to process any Corporate Actions for GVSI.
FINRA will never process a 15c2-11 for GVSI.
You are just another OTC pumper because no one could be so naive and gullible that they believe the Sharp hype.
Sharp has been the CEO of GVSI, SRNW and GOFF/WNFT for 3 years and hasn't accomplished anything of value. Sharp has been the CEO of FORW for over 5 years and not brought in a single asset - Sharp is all big talk and you believe everything Sharp tells you to believe.
You are completely wrong, guess you missed the tweet George put out about two weeks ago ? He gave updates on all his tickers, gvsi is doing nothing until 2025. He is still looking for an acquisition for srnw which is the cleanest out of them all. He can't get a merger for it. I still hold all my shares of gvsi. But nothing is happening until mid 2025 at least.
