#18594 RE: d4diddy #18588

I don't think that CDEX can compete with anyone. They have nothing to sell, really, and no expertise either, to develop anything. What money they are getting is "going south" I strongly suspect.. (an old poker term, meaning pocketing the money off the table).

If as XENO and Cisco says, hardly anyone ever shows up at the "Lab" to work, and my guess is that those two have made it their business to ascertain that.. quite simple enough to do that.. then nobody is really trying to develop anything..including additional "signatures".

Did BAXA get bamboozled? I think so. They were expecting to get a gadget that would test more drugs. The tenor of the contract was to me as if CDEX had the upper hand in the negotiations, although I cannot really imagine why.

BAXA sprung for buying a passell of shares for what, a million and a half? At over a buck each? Why? Sounds to me like somebody at BAXA made an error in judgment. Or worse?? Private Companies do not have to disclose anything much.

And an option to buy more at 80 cents??

None of this sheet adds up.. But I am nearly positive that BAXA will not take the remaining Valimeds.. And that the "deferred" revenue will never make it to the CDEX financial report. Not truthfully, anyway. Anybody wanta dispute that?

My guess is that someone at BAXA got a reaming over that deal.. and that someone else at BAXA is doing a bit of "correction" work.

Am I fulla sheet?
