Nils does control the process. Not going to get an audit completed if your company is not able to be audited, as approved and signed off by an auditor, and Nils controls this and is responsible to know.

Shareholders didn't ask for timelines as you falsely claim. Nils and his company Brookmount provided the timelines, about which shareholders since 2018 and 2021 have been asking only as Nils has yet delivered.

Telling a guy whose been a shareholder for 3 years to be forgiving and not hold a company provided timeline to a tee... LOL. That "T" began, by the company, by Nils, six years ago.
