I'm not sure if it competitive tension or just gas.

If there were entities "competing" to give us money I would think we would have some. Every time I use that term it is sarcasm, and I'm starting to think the company was being sarcastic when they said it also. Unless he meant competitive tension to get out of the building. Maybe the deals are just soooo many and so mouth watering that they cannot choose which 0% interest loan with 9% equity to choose. Ok that's sarcasm too. 🤷
