Because KEGS has lost money since its inception. 1812 Brewing Company has never been profitable. Without naive shareholders KEGS would no longer be in business. Let's not forget their Net Losses doubled from 1 year ago. The losses are going up, not down. If they were a private company they would have already been forced into bankruptcy and liquidation of assets.
