America has broken down in the past, maybe we need to look like Gaza in ruin, would not bother me.
Well,,,,,In case you didn't notice, people have been looking for drastic change......So, they've already considered exactly what you are saying.....
Sadly, in the past....There was food everywhere...... Now, one run on the grocery store ends the food supply....Won't be as bad for those out in the rural areas, but most will still starve....
So stick your chest out all you want, doubt you will be as brave if, and when, chit hits the fan.....What is understood is things can't continue. And as you say, maybe its time for a complete break down and let the survivors start over and maybe they will do better next time around....
As you also said, History repeats, break downs in civilization have occurred over and over.....Very good chance this will be no different, just the consequences will be much more severe....
