They have stated all of their drug programs should be partnered or sold.

I doubt the entity itself would be bought out until much further along human trials for the pipeline.

They also mention in other filings..

They feel hindered by otc pink market listing and the way I read it are considering structuring their ampa and gaba programs separately.

Plausible there is some corporate structuring delaying all these filings, etc.

Thoughts?
