If the claims about the MAXCLEAN system supports that it is among the best systems out there in the IAQ industry, for MAXCLEAN to give VXIT 60% profit margin in exchange for 55.5 million shares....i would expect they know those shares wil be worth something. IAQ sector in USA is 12B USD yearly. Even a small percentage of market penetration is in the 100's of milions of dollars. For MAXCLEAN to be made whole on giving up 60M$ off of every 100M$ in sales, i would say those shares are worth north of 10 cents easily.

Federal and state funding in the IAQ, HVAC and safety sectors are in the 10-100 Billion$ USD range. If VXIT has managed to tap into a sliver of that.... were looking at 100+ million dollares in revenues. Target market here is huge and the MAXCLEAN deals with Lennox, Carrier, Rheem means their system is compatible with a large slice of that target market.

The question is, does VXIT have the ability to tap into even a small sliver of market sector? Or have they already done it and we're going to find out about it eventualy? Vxit CEO oversaw 50 Billion dollars of transactions and acquisitions as a managing director at SMI global capital. I believe the man can get it done.
