I did look up Rivian income and it is seriously - and more - larger than NKLA

but -- if NKLA has the factory and distribution and HYLA and ...and software and ... and .... I would gladly (without doing the math) welcome say 1B (v 4B) to have a 50-50 partner going forward

thoughts?

(as opposed to some company buying 100% of NKLA now)
