It's weird, it seems only Jake recognizes Pro Music Rights as the 3rd largest... no one else seems to believe they are anything. Almost like... he made it all up.

Why one would ask and "how" and for what purpose ????

TO GET A PERSON/ENTITY TO FILL-OUT THE "JOIN OUR SIGN UP LIST FOR MORE INFO" tab and BAMM BAMM BOOM they just (according to DIRTY JAKE) they just signed a supposed LEGAL CONTRACT and start accumulating MONIES OWED TO SCAM PRO MUSIC aka JAKE P NOCH who then later sues them for the supposed "revenues owed" when all the poor SOB did was "sign up to learn more about us" blah blah blah.....

THAT is how DIRTY JAKE is getting the dupes for his lawsuits the dip shit is filing for "Revenues owed " - the poor SOB Joe Q. Public just did nothing more than "sign up to see our pricing and plans" a blah blah......and suddenly gets a "YOU OWE US $100K" blah blah "demand letter" from one of DIRTY JAKE'S criminal scammer attorneys - who are now facing slap-back and CALLS FOR LOSING THEIR BAR LICENSE as these shit cases are moving through the Collier County court system -

IF 10 to 20 people will FILE A FTC COMPLAINT via the on-line portal it has a high chance of "seeing action". ALL must file similar worded complaints - not about a penny stock fraud but a CONSUMER RIP-OFF FRAUD, that is the key.

The fraud is this and a FTC "complaint/tip" should be worded and written as a variation of this :

"Pro Music aka Jake P Noch of Naples, FL and his website https://promusicrights.com/ are running a scam "music licensing/streaming" operation via a penny stock parent company mother-ship aka penny stock ticker $SONG found here : https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/SONG/overview. The fraud is, they solicit people to supposedly just "sign up" on their website to merely "find out more about what we do and offer, and view our pricing plans and a free trial" BUT are in reality, are roping-in unsuspecting victims who for no services rendered and via a benign looking "just sign up and learn more" are now being litigated as having signed a "monies owed to us legal contract" and then later get billed by Pro Music Rights for extremely large amounts of money, as in $100K or more. The victims are sent "Legal demand for payment" attorney letters by unscrupulous attorney who wealthy Jake P Noch is using to "shake them down" for a settlement payment when NO SERVICES of any kind were rendered nor did anyone "know" they ever signed a "legal contract" via merely "signing up for more information" on a 2-bit quick build website aka Pro Music aka promusicrights.com. IF the FTC wants to see examples of this - see the following civil lawsuits being presently litigated in Collier County FL Superior Court w/ case numbers and titles as follows : Case #: 11-2024-CA-000849-0001-01 Pro Music Rights v Attitude Dance Center LLC and Case #: 11-2024-CA-000466-0001-01 and literally DOZENS of other similar frivolous lawfare cases. ALL the defendant did was "Sign up to see our licensing programs and pricing" and are now being sued by Pro Music Right aka Jake P Noch of Naples FL address 2951 Crayton Rd Naples, FL 34103. This is a bona fide criminal hustle - using a website to lure and hook people into sham "contracts" and then sue them in hope of a quick settlement when NO services, and no "streaming music licensing" or any other commerce took place. It's being conducted across state lines - and thus would involve wire fraud/electronic interstate commerce crimes among other criminal statute(s) violations being committed. The FTC must investigate this ASAP along with the FL State Attorney General Office. Thank you, signed....Joe and Jane Q. Public"

ALL should file something like that - both w/ the FTC site I listed above and the FL State AG offices. It's time to bury Jake P Noch and not only get this ass hat up on civil charges, but get his sorry ass CRIMINALLY CHARGED and the FTC/AG route has a much, much higher "hit rate" of success than the damn SEC - though a SEC MIAMI OFFICE complaint will also "carry weight" as I've personally found the SEC MIAMI office of all regional offices to be legit ass kickers - they bring their A-Game from my past experiences interacting with them:

My personal "suggestion" and "method" to anyone wanting to destroy this scam and Jake P Noch - is use something like Protonmail email (open a free throw-away account) and file complaints to ALL listed above as in FTC + Florida State AG + SEC Miami and do it once every week or two until this shit show is ended.

I'm personally working some "other" avenues - that Joe Q. Public usually doesn't have the skill set or background to pursue - but ALL methods and the more complaints filed = the better and will "aid and assist" the "other" means, which are more rooted in actual "direct contact" w/ law enforcement (think - local, state and even federal), etc.

IT will "work" IF enough people do it and do it continually - the squeaky wheel gets the grease and the wheels turn slow many times but they DO TURN and once "in motion" they GRIND TO FINE DUST these kind of blatant hustle fraud crime scenes and MAKE NO MISTAKE that $SONG and Jake P Noch are 100% criminal frauds - it's beyond even a shadow of any doubt now !!
