This company has had years trying to figure out how to generate appreciation for shareholders. Perhaps that was never the plan at all. Maybe the real reason for Tapp getting involved was to raise money from the unsuspecting public to fund his purchases, pay off debt by issuing shares and kicking the can down the road at the shareholders expenses.
