Fisker's all-electric Fisker Ocean is manufactured at Magna Steyr's carbon-neutral facility in Graz, Austria. Magna Steyr is a subsidiary of the Canadian company Magna International and a contract manufacturer with experience working with BMW and Mercedes. Fisker chose to outsource production of the Ocean to Magna Steyr in 2020 to reduce costs and complexities, and production began in November 2022.
